At Verve Record Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound. If your vinyl arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.

  Secure Your Vinyl

  Carefully pack the records in their original specialized mailers, ensuring all sleeves and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned media for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
