How do you package vinyl records for shipping?
We use heavy-duty, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or cardboard stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened records?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, we cannot accept returns for non-defective records that have been opened or played due to a change of mind.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
We carry a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly states whether a record is a 'New Reissue,' 'Limited Edition Color Pressing,' or a 'Vintage Original' along with its grading.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-7 business days via Media Mail. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout if you need your music sooner.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel or modify a pre-order any time before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be changed.
